I just bought an Orchid plant and I dont know how to care for them? Anyone with an idea? Help!?

Ignore the 3rd poster who states that all orchids require the same care – this just is not true. They come from various regions around the world, some live in tree bark, some grow in the ground, in soil that freezes.
You’re lucky with Phalaenopsis, as they are easy to care for.
Follow the 1st posted answer. I gave one to my mum (older and forgets her plants) and it flowered near non-stop for 4 years.
Good light – not direct sunlight. Too little light will reduce flowers.
Water by lowering the pot into some room temp. rain water for 5-10 minutes every week or two – don’t soak, as many easily rot!
Feed during the growing season, about every 2 to 3 weeks – you can get special orchid fertiliser, otherwise, use a general 1.
Don’t discard the flower stems, as they’ll often resprout lower down. Just cut off the dead parts, as they die back.
Repot every 2 to 3 years in speclialist orchid bark chunks.
Keep out of drafts!
Temps roughly – 75-85F day / 60-65F night.
Keep the air nearby reasonably moist, eg. saucer with pebbles and water nearby. Don’t stand the plant in water tho!
